PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLOTION N0. PC-90-89 RESOLOTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE POD-90-10, THE APPLICATION OF JOSEPH W. CALLAHAN WHEREAS, Joseph W. Callahan has applied for PUD rezoning and development plan approval to rezone an approximately 1.8 acre site from PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Neighborhood Commercial to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential and to construct 20 townhomes located at 600 Palomino Drive; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 26, 1990, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-90-10; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 17, 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-90-10, the application of Joseph W. Callahan for PUD rezoning and development plan approval to rezone an approximately 1.8 acre site from PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Neighborhood Commercial to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential and to construct 20 townhomes located at 600 Palomino Drive Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
