PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-86 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF THE APPLICATION OF JAMES AND <br />SUSAN MCDOWELL FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPRpV~ AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-90-3 <br />WHEREAS, James and Susan McDowell has applied for development plan <br />approval to allow construction of up to nine single- <br />family detached dwelling units on approximately 3.75 <br />gross acres located on the northeasterly side of Vineyard <br />Avenue, easterly of the 90 degree turn; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of August 22, 1990, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission was unable to make the required <br />PUD findings. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends denial of the application of James and Susan <br />McDowell for development plan approval to allow <br />construction of up to nine single-family detached <br />dwelling units on approximately 3.75 gross acres located <br />on the northeasterly side of Vineyard Avenue, easterly of <br />the 90 degree turn. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 22ND DAY OF AUGUST 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hovingh, McGuirk, Michelotti, and Chairman <br />Mahern <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Horan <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: August 22, 1990 <br />
