Resolution NO. 91-141 <br />Page Two <br />Proposed Policies <br />These policies are related to public use, are specific to <br />the Fieldhouse, and are in addition to other approved <br />general Department policies. <br />1. Consecutive bookings not accepted. <br />2. The Fieldhouse main meeting room (Club Room) is <br />available on a reservation basis only. <br />3. Facility available for public bookings, other than <br />tournament use, Monday through Thursday, evenings <br />only. <br />4. Hours of use shall not exceed .10:30 p.m. <br />5. No vehicular access to Fieldhouse center core area. <br />Users must park in parking lots. <br />6. Elevator use limited to disabled and frail elderly. <br />7. No smoking in any room or area of Fieldhouse. <br />8. No literature postings on Fieldhouse <br />interior/exterior walls. Use of bulletin board for <br />posting subject to Department approval. <br />9. Alcoholic beverages prohibited in Fieldhouse and <br />Softball Complex. <br />10. Food, whether brought from the outside or purchased <br />from the Concession Room, may not be taken or <br />consumed on the upper level of building. <br />11. No pets permitted in any portion of Fieldhouse or <br />Softball Complex. Exception: Pet for visually <br />impaired. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
