PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COIINTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLIITION N0. PC-90-83 RESOLIITION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PIID-90-11, THE APPLICATION OF JAMES YEE WHEREAS, James Yee has applied for planned unit development rezoning and development plan approval of an approximately 14,732 sq. ft, site for four existing single-family residential units located at 991 Rose Avenue; and WHEREAS, minor alterations in land use limitations and minor land divisions are categorically exempt (Classes 5 and 15) from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 8, 1990, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the PUD findings provided in the staff report dated August 8, 1990; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed rezoning and development plan are consistent with PUD considerations and the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-90-11, the application of James Yee for planned unit development rezoning from the RM-1500 (Multi-family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) -High Density Residential District and development plan approval of an approximately 14,732 sq. ft. site for four existing single-family residential units located at 991 Rose Avenue, subject to the conditions of the Planning Commission staff report, dated August 8, 1990, and revised by the Planning Commission at its meeting of August 8, 1990. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
