NO CONDITIONS AVAILABLE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLOTION N0. PC-90-82 <br />RESOLIITION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CAGE PIID-90-9, THE <br />APPLICATION OF MCDONALD'S CORPORATION <br />WHEREAS, McDonald's Corporation has applied to rezone an <br />approximately 2.5 acre site from C-F (Freeway Commercial) <br />and PUD-C (Planned Unit Development-Commercial) to PUD-C <br />(Planned Unit Development- Commercial) and for <br />development plan approval to construct a new <br />approximately 5,300 square foot, fast-food restaurant <br />with drive-through, located at 6800 Santa Rita Road in <br />the area generally bounded by Pimlico Drive and the new <br />eastbound entrance ramp from Santa Rita Road to I-580; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 8, 1990, <br />the Planning Commission, after considering all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this proposal, recommended approval <br />of the proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-90-9; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the PUD findings provided in <br />the staff report dated August 8, 1990; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan are consistent with PUD considerations <br />and the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-90-9, the application <br />of McDonald's Corporation to rezone an approximately 2.5 <br />acre site from C-F (Freeway Commercial) and PUD-C <br />(Planned Unit Development-Commercial) to PUD-C (Planned <br />Unit Development- Commercial) and for development plan <br />approval to construct a new approximately 5,300 square <br />foot, fast-food restaurant with drive-through, located at <br />6800 Santa Rita Road in the area generally bounded by <br />Pimlico Drive and the new eastbound entrance ramp from <br />Santa Rita Road to I-580, subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "B" of the Planning Commission staff report, <br />dated August 8, 1990, and revised by the Planning <br />Commission at its meeting of August 8, 1990. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
