PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-78 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-90-8, THE APPLICATION OF FRANR AUF DER MAUR/DORIAN GLANVILLE WHEREAS, Frank Auf Der Maur/Dorian Glanville has applied for a Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a 13 unit detached and attached residential subdivision to be located at 4011 and 4013 Stanley Boulevard; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-20,000 (Single Family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 25, 1990, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-90-8; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 4, 1990, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 25, 1990 and the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed project would have an insignificant adverse effect on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-90-8, the application of Frank Auf Der Maur/Dorian Glanville for a Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a 13 unit detached and attached residential subdivision to be located at 4011 and 4013 Stanley Boulevard. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
