PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-78 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-90-8, THE APPLICATION <br />OF FRANR AUF DER MAUR/DORIAN GLANVILLE <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf Der Maur/Dorian Glanville has applied for a <br />Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan <br />approval for a 13 unit detached and attached residential <br />subdivision to be located at 4011 and 4013 Stanley <br />Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-20,000 (Single Family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 25, 1990, <br />the Planning Commission received a proposed negative <br />declaration for Case PUD-90-8; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated June 4, 1990, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 25, 1990 <br />and the public was given the opportunity to comment on <br />the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed project would <br />have an insignificant adverse effect on the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-90-8, the application of Frank Auf <br />Der Maur/Dorian Glanville for a Planned Unit Development <br />rezoning and development plan approval for a 13 unit <br />detached and attached residential subdivision to be <br />located at 4011 and 4013 Stanley Boulevard. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
