EXHIBIT A <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-90-26 <br />July 25, 1990 <br />1. That the use shall conform substantially to the site plan, <br />list of equipment and materials to be stored, and details of <br />operation as described in the staff report and on Exhibit A, <br />dated June 28, 1990 on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That the storage and minor repair and maintenance of <br />landscaping equipment approved to be stored in the building <br />shall be conducted entirely within the completely closed <br />building at all times. <br />3. That parking of vehicles on the site shall be for employee <br />vehicles only, except for three pick-up trucks of the business <br />which may be parked in the parking area during the night, <br />after the hours of the business. <br />4. All employee vehicles shall be parked on the site with no more <br />than 6 parking spaces allowed to be occupied, and these spaces <br />shall be the spaces most directly in front of the suite which <br />the business will occupy. The business shall participate in <br />the City's Transportation Management Program and employees <br />shall use transit, ridesharing or non-vehicular means to keep <br />the number of employee vehicles coming to the site at this <br />required maximum. <br />5. That if, at any time in the future, it is determined by the <br />Planning Director that noise, emissions, drainage, litter, <br />loading, parking, traffic problems, or other issues associated <br />with the proposed use are having adverse effects on <br />surrounding uses or the City in general, the Planning <br />Commission may review, and if necessary, attach additional <br />conditions or revoke the subject conditional use permit. <br />6. That the applicant shall apply for and obtain all applicable <br />City and other licenses or permits for the operation of the <br />landscaping storage and maintenance operation. <br />
