EXHIBIT A <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-90-34 <br />July 25, 1990 <br />1. That the proposed use shall conform to the site plan and <br />narrative (dated June 29, 1990) on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That no signage is approved as a part of this project. Any <br />signage shall conform to the existing approved sign program <br />for the Valley Business Park or shall require Design Review <br />approval. <br />3 . That classes shall be conducted between the hours of 6 : 3 0 a . m. <br />and 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday. No two classes shall be <br />conducted simultaneously between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and <br />6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There shall be a 15 minute <br />break between all classes. <br />4. That the applicant obtain all applicable City permits prior to <br />improvement to and operation of the facility. <br />5. That if noise originating from the studio(s) becomes a <br />nuisance to neighboring tenants or if parking becomes a <br />problem, this use permit can be referred back to the Planning <br />Commission for additional conditions at the discretion of the <br />Planning Director. <br />6. That any modifications in operation or expansion of the use <br />shall require subsequent conditional use permit approval. <br />
