Z-90-224 <br />1. The project shall substantially conform to the plans and <br />elevations on file with the Planning Department (consisting of <br />Attachments 1 through 7 dated "Received April 20, 1990") <br />except as modified herein. <br />2. Final design of the building roof equipment screen shall be <br />subject to review and approval by the Planning Director prior <br />to issuance of a building permit. The equipment screen shall <br />be designed with materials/reveals, etc. matching that of the <br />building exterior walls so that it is integrated with the <br />building's architecture. <br />3. Roof equipment screens on Building 1 and 2 of the complex <br />shall be revised/reconstructed in a manner mutually <br />satisfactory to the Planning Director and applicant in order <br />to better integrate these with their respective buildings. <br />Plans for these revisions shall be approved prior to issuance <br />of a building permit for Building 5 and completion of these <br />revisions shall be accomplished concurrently with the <br />construction of Building 5. <br />4. All relevant conditions of PUD-81-22, as amended, shall apply <br />to this project. <br />5. Approval of this project is subject to approval of Case PUD- <br />81-22-7M. <br />6. The project shall pay its pro rata cost of those improvements <br />required of the Wells Fargo Bank, PUD-81-6M; no building <br />permit shall be issued for this project until these mitigation <br />measures are either under construction, bonded for, or <br />otherwise secured to the satisfaction of the City Attorney. <br />7. The project shall be subject to all Standard Conditions of <br />Development, attached hereto and made a part of this case by <br />reference, except Conditions 12, 29, and 46. <br />
