PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-70 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-22-7M/Z- <br />90-224, THE APPLICATION OF MOZART DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Mozart Development Company has applied for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan to allow for <br />an increase in the maximum square footage for a five- <br />building, multi-tenant office complex from 552,750 sq. <br />ft. to 570,000 sq. ft. located generally in the area <br />bounded by Stoneridge Mall Road, Embarcadero Court, <br />Interstate 580, and Interstate 680; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 25, 1990, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was previously prepared and <br />adopted for PUD. This modification/correction and final <br />building design approval conforms to the project as <br />reviewed at that time, and no new information and/or <br />changes exist to require new environmental review; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is consistent with the zoning <br />designation and General Plan policies of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-22-7M/Z-90-224 the <br />application of Mozart Development Company for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan to allow for <br />an increase in the maximum square footage for a five- <br />building, multi-tenant office complex from 552,750 sq. <br />ft. to 570,000 sq. ft. located generally in the area <br />bounded by Stoneridge Mall Road, Embarcadero Court, <br />Interstate 580, and Interstate 680 subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
