PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-66 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-85-14-1M, <br />THE APPLICATION OF RICHARD GUASCO <br />WHEREAS, Richard Guasco has applied for a major modification to an <br />approved development plan to allow for the construction <br />of an approximately 4,900 sq. ft. building located at <br />3880 Old Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "PUD" (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Commercial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 1990, <br />the Planning Commission, after considering all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />staff concerning this proposal, recommended approval of <br />the proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-8-14-1M; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed metal building will be located at the rear <br />of the subject site, with only a small portion visible <br />from the public street. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-85-14-1M, the <br />application for a major modification to an approved <br />development plan to allow for the construction of an <br />approximately 4,900 sq. ft. building located at 3880 Old <br />Santa Rita Road subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
