PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-65 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-85-14-1M, THE APPLICATION OF RICHARD GUASCO WHEREAS, Richard Guasco has applied for a major modification to an approved development plan to allow for the construction of an approximately 4,900 sq. ft. building located at 3880 Old Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "PUD" (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 1990, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-8-14-1M; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 1, 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 27, 1990 and the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed major modification; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed project would have an insignificant adverse effect on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-85-14-iM, the application of Richard Guasco for a major modification to an approved development plan to allow for the construction of an approximately 4,900 sq. ft. building located at 3880 Old Santa Rita Road. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
