PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-65 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-85-14-1M, THE <br />APPLICATION OF RICHARD GUASCO <br />WHEREAS, Richard Guasco has applied for a major modification to an <br />approved development plan to allow for the construction <br />of an approximately 4,900 sq. ft. building located at <br />3880 Old Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "PUD" (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Commercial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 1990, <br />the Planning Commission received a proposed negative <br />declaration for Case PUD-8-14-iM; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated May 1, 1990 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 27, 1990 <br />and the public was given the opportunity to comment on <br />the environmental impacts of the proposed major <br />modification; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed project would <br />have an insignificant adverse effect on the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-85-14-1M, the application of <br />Richard Guasco for a major modification to an approved <br />development plan to allow for the construction of an <br />approximately 4,900 sq. ft. building located at 3880 Old <br />Santa Rita Road. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
