PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-64 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-89-19, THE <br />APPLICATION OF DOUGLAS HARVEY AND ROBERT MARTIN <br />WHEREAS, Douglas Harvey and Robert Martin have applied for planned <br />unit development rezoning and development plan approval <br />to construct a five lot, single-family residential <br />development to be located on an approximately 3.8 acre <br />site at 2818 Foothill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 1990, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this matter; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is unable to make the required <br />PUD findings necessary to approve this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Denies approval of the application of Douglas Harvey <br />and Robert Martin for planned unit development rezoning <br />and development plan approval to construct a five lot, <br />single-family residential development to be located on an <br />approximately 3.8 acre site at 2818 Foothill Road. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF JUNE 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Horan, <br />Chairman Berger <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Hovingh, Mahern, Michelotti, and <br />DATE: June 27, 1990 <br />
