PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-62A <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-80-15-7D THE <br />APPLICATION OF PLEASANT VILLAGE ASSOCIATES/BAKERS SQUARE <br />RESTAURANT <br />WHEREAS, Pleasant Village Associates and Bakers Square Restaurant <br />have applied for design review approval to construct a <br />5,415 square foot sit-down restaurant located on an <br />approximately 33,230 square foot site located generally <br />in the southeast corner of Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 1990, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this matter; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />project conforms to the requirements of the "Measure X" <br />approval and the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the application of Pleasant <br />Village Associates/Bakers Square Restaurant for design <br />review approval to construct a 5,415 square foot sit-down <br />restaurant located on an approximately 33,230 square foot <br />site located generally in the southeast corner of Santa <br />Rita Road and Pimlico Drive subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF JUNE 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners <br /> Berger <br />NOES: Commissioner <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Horan, Mahern, Michelotti, <br />Hovingh <br />and Chairman <br />DATE: June 27, 1990 <br />
