PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-62 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-80-15-5D-2M, THE APPLICATION OF PLEASANT VILLAGE ASSOCIATES WHEREAS, Pleasant Village Associates has applied for a major modification to an approved retail commercial complex to relocate an electrical room and trash enclosure, modify a fountain, extend a covered arcade and storefront windows to the west building elevation, and to amend the approved comprehensive signing program to allow two identification signs for the tenant space located at the westerly end of the building to be located at 6700 Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 1990, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this matter; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed modifications are appropriate for the site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the application of Pleasant Village Associates for a major modification to an approved retail commercial complex to relocate an electrical room and trash enclosure, modify a fountain, extend a covered arcade and storefront windows to the west building elevation, and to amend the approved comprehensive signing program to allow two identification signs for the tenant space located at the westerly end of the building to be located at 6700 Santa Rita Road subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
