PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-61 RESOLUTION UPHOLDING A DECISION OF THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT CONCERNING LOT 20, TRACT 5908, 2853 VICTORIA RIDGE COURT AS FILED UNDER AP-90-09 WHEREAS, Ron Schneider, resident of 650 Orofino Court has appealed the Planning Department's determination that the building permit issued to Sammy 5hrimali for a single-family residence at 2853 Victoria Ridge Court (Tract. 5908, Lot 20) complies with the approved planned unit development (PUD) for the subject site; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 1990, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this matter; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the subject appeal has no basis and that the house is in conformance with the requirements and conditions of Case PUD-88-3. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Upholds the determination of the Planning Department that the building permit issued to Sammy Shrimali for a single-family residence to be located at 2853 Victoria Ridge Court (Tract 5908, Lot 20) is in compliance with the approved planned unit. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
