PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-61 <br />RESOLUTION UPHOLDING A DECISION OF THE PLANNING <br />DEPARTMENT CONCERNING LOT 20, TRACT 5908, 2853 VICTORIA <br />RIDGE COURT AS FILED UNDER AP-90-09 <br />WHEREAS, Ron Schneider, resident of 650 Orofino Court has appealed <br />the Planning Department's determination that the building <br />permit issued to Sammy 5hrimali for a single-family <br />residence at 2853 Victoria Ridge Court (Tract. 5908, Lot <br />20) complies with the approved planned unit development <br />(PUD) for the subject site; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 1990, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this matter; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the subject <br />appeal has no basis and that the house is in conformance <br />with the requirements and conditions of Case PUD-88-3. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Upholds the determination of the Planning Department <br />that the building permit issued to Sammy Shrimali for a <br />single-family residence to be located at 2853 Victoria <br />Ridge Court (Tract 5908, Lot 20) is in compliance with <br />the approved planned unit. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF JUNE 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Horan, Hovingh, Mahern, Michelotti, and <br />Chairman Berger <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: June 27, 1990 <br />ATTEST: ~ ,~ <br />~,~- ;, <br />Brian W.
