ERHIBIT A <br />Resolution No. PC-90-60 <br />1. That the use shall conform substantially to the site plan, <br />details of operation, and related materials, Exhibit A (dated <br />"Received May il, 1990"), on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That if, at any time in the future, it is determined by the <br />Planning Director that loud noises (both within and outside <br />the suite), traffic problems, litter, and other problems <br />associated with the proposed use are having adverse effects on <br />surrounding uses or the City in general, the Planning <br />Commission may review and, if necessary, attach additional <br />conditions or revoke the subject conditional use permit. <br />3. That the walls and ceiling of the suite shall be soundproofed <br />in the manner prescribed by the City Building Official. The <br />soundproofing shall be installed prior to the commencement of <br />business. <br />4. That the door at the rear of the suite, adjoining the shared <br />storage room and bathroom, shall be closed at all times, <br />except when used for entering and exiting the suite. <br />5. That the hours of operation of the business shall be limited <br />to 8:OOam to 6:OOpm, Monday through Saturday. <br />6. That the business shall be conducted entirely within the <br />completely enclosed building at all times. <br />7. That all waste material shall be contained in sealed plastic <br />at all times and removed by a licensed operator. <br />8. That the applicant shall apply for and obtain all applicable <br />City and other permits for the operation of the pet grooming <br />salon prior to the commencement of the business. <br />
