ERHIBIT A Resolution No. PC-90-60 1. That the use shall conform substantially to the site plan, details of operation, and related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received May il, 1990"), on file with the Planning Department. 2. That if, at any time in the future, it is determined by the Planning Director that loud noises (both within and outside the suite), traffic problems, litter, and other problems associated with the proposed use are having adverse effects on surrounding uses or the City in general, the Planning Commission may review and, if necessary, attach additional conditions or revoke the subject conditional use permit. 3. That the walls and ceiling of the suite shall be soundproofed in the manner prescribed by the City Building Official. The soundproofing shall be installed prior to the commencement of business. 4. That the door at the rear of the suite, adjoining the shared storage room and bathroom, shall be closed at all times, except when used for entering and exiting the suite. 5. That the hours of operation of the business shall be limited to 8:OOam to 6:OOpm, Monday through Saturday. 6. That the business shall be conducted entirely within the completely enclosed building at all times. 7. That all waste material shall be contained in sealed plastic at all times and removed by a licensed operator. 8. That the applicant shall apply for and obtain all applicable City and other permits for the operation of the pet grooming salon prior to the commencement of the business.
