PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-58 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />PREPARED FOR CASE GP-90-04, THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the Housing <br />Element of the General Plan to include new regional <br />housing share allocations and other policy and program <br />revisions; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 13, 1990, the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Case GP-90- <br />04; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated May 1, 1990, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the <br />proposed project would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case GP-90-04, the application of the City <br />of Pleasanton to amend the Housing Element of the General <br />Plan to include new regional housing share allocations <br />and other policy and program revisions. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
