<br />facility on the site, but was omitted at the last minute due to the City's plans to proceed <br />immediately following the well facility construction with the expansion of Sutter Gate Park. <br />Since the park expansion may be some years in the future, Zone 7 management and elected <br />officials agreed, at a City of Pleasanton/Zone 7 Liaison Committee meeting held October 13, <br />2006, to landscape the Mocho Well No. 3 site to a mutually agreeable level as soon as <br />landscape plans are developed and a contractor obtained, <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There will be no increase in the operating budget resulting from approval of these two <br />easements to Zone 7.
