PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-55 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />REPORT FOR CASE PUD-89-13, A-M HOMES <br />WHEREAS, A-M Homes has applied for development plan approval for <br />a 50-lot single-family residential development to be <br />located on the west side of Foothill Road, opposite West <br />Las Positas Boulevard (4440 Foothill Road) and for Land <br />Conservation Contract (Williamson Act) cancellation; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Low Density Residential/Rural Density Residential/Open <br />Space District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />provided proper public notice of completion of the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report for the proposed development <br />plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to <br />comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report from <br />public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons <br />having special expertise with respect to any <br />environmental impact involved, and other persons or <br />organizations having an interest in the proposed <br />development plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared <br />and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, <br />comments and recommendations received on the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the <br />City of Pleasanton to significant environmental points <br />raised in the review and consultation process; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton provided proper public notice of <br />completion of the Final Environmental Impact Report for <br />the proposed development plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 13, 1990, and held a <br />public hearing on the completeness and adequacy of the <br />Final Environmental Impact Report in disclosing relevant <br />environmental issues involved in the proposed project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />
