PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-52A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WEST PLEASANTON SPHERE OF INFLIIENCE STUDY WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton is considering an expansion of the West Pleasanton Sphere-of-Influence to include all or part of an 11,500 acre area to the west of the City; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton provided proper public notice of completion of the Draft Environmental Impact Report for an expanded Sphere of Influence; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report from public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons having special expertise with respect to any environmental impact involved, and other persons or organizations having an interest in the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, comments and recommendations received on the Draft Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the City of Pleasanton to significant environmental points raised in the review and consultation process; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has provided proper notice of completion of the Final Environmental Impact Report for the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton met on April 25, 1990 and held a public hearing upon the completeness and adequacy of the Final Environmental Impact Report in disclosing relevant environmental issues involved in the event the City of Pleasanton requests that the Alameda County Local Area Formation Commission amend the West Pleasanton Sphere of Influence. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
