Planning Team: To consist of City staff, Wayne Rasmussen of Rasmussen Planning, Inc and <br />Jacque Keller of Keller Mitchell, Landscape Architects. <br /> <br />B. Gathering Phase: <br />1. Planning team to develop schedule and work project in concert with the City staff. <br />2. Review reievant background information. <br />10 hours <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />User Group Meetings Phase: <br />1. Attend 2 planning team meetings with the user groups and agencies of the Sharks, <br />ACSPA, Hiendrick Automotive, Continuing Life Community and City Staff. <br />10 hours <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />1st Public Workshop Phase: <br />1. Attend 1st public workshop at the Parks and Recreation Commission level to present <br />background information and receive input as to the desired park uses, while taking <br />into consideration future and existing vehicular and pedestrian circulation, open <br />space system, neighborhood connections, views and view corridors. <br />10 hours <br /> <br />E. Concept Plan Phase: <br />1. Planning Team to prepare administrative draft concept plan (including narrative) <br />for staff review. Following staff review, prepare refined concept pian. The work <br />products will consist of an aerial plan, identifying potential land uses, traffic <br />circulation, property lines, diagrammatic desired features and associated <br />narrative. <br />42 hours <br /> <br />F. 2nd Public Workshop Phase: <br />1. Attend 2nd public workshop at the Parks and Recreation Commission level to receive <br />comments on the concept plan and to recommend to Council approval of the plan. <br />10 hours <br /> <br />G. Final Concept Plan Phase: <br />1. Planning team to prepare the final draft for review by the Council. Work <br />products to consist of presentation graphics of the refined concept plan and <br />associated text. <br />2. Attend meeting at the City Council level to review and act on the final draft. <br />3. Preparation of final documents. <br />24 hours <br /> <br />END OF EXHIBIT A <br />
