<br />55. A permit issued by the Fire Chief is required prior to any installation of a fire detection, <br />alarm, and occupant notification system. All sprinkler system water flow and control <br />valves shall be complete and serviceable prior to final inspection. Prior to the occupancy <br />of a building having a fire alarm system, the Fire Department shall test and witness the <br />operation of the fire alarm system. <br /> <br />56. All portions of the building covered by this approval shall have installed and operating, <br />fire extinguishers with a minimum 2-A:1O-B:C rating. The fire extinguishers shall be lo- <br />cated within a 75-foot radius of each other. <br /> <br />Engineering Requirements: <br /> <br />57. All utilities required to serve the proposed development on-site shall be installed under- <br />ground. <br /> <br />58. The project developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control <br />prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building and Safety Division permit. The amount <br />of this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />59. The property owner shall delicate to the City adequate land that is necessary for the <br />Route 84 improvement project. <br /> <br />60. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by the <br />City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />61. The project developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the building <br />permit plans. <br /> <br />62. Storm drainage swales shall be privately maintained by the property owner. <br /> <br />63. The design of the water supply systems shall be subject to the review and approval of the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />64. The design ofthe sanitary sewer systems shall be subject to the review and approval of <br />the City Engineer and the City of Livermore. <br /> <br />65. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject property <br />shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the project de- <br />veloper. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed war- <br />ranted by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />SR:06: 287 <br />Page 21 <br />
