<br />C. Rent Increases Upon a Transfer of Ownership. <br /> <br />I. Upon a Transfer of Ownership, the Park Owner of the Fairview <br />Trailer Park may increase the Adjusted Monthly Rent for a mobilehome space as follows: <br /> <br />During 2002, $625 <br /> <br />During 2003, $650 <br /> <br />During 2004, $675 <br /> <br />During 2005, $700 <br /> <br />During 2006, $725 <br /> <br />During 2007, $740 <br /> <br />2. Upon a Transfer of Ownership, the Park Owner of the Vineyard <br />Villa and the Hacienda Mobilehome Park may increase the Adjusted Monthly Rent for a <br />mobilehome space as follows: <br /> <br />During 2002, $675 <br /> <br />During 2003, $700 <br /> <br />During 2004, $750 <br /> <br />During 2005, $785 <br /> <br />During 2006, $825 <br /> <br />During 2007, $850 <br /> <br />If the parties reach an agreement, or the City imposes through an ordinance, that provides an <br />Adjusted Monthly Rent for a mobilehome space upon a Transfer of Ownership in 2007 that is <br />different than provided herein, then the Park Owners shall credit the resident (on the next <br />month's rent statement) with the difference (if the Rent is lower than provided above) or the Park <br />Owners may collect from the resident the difference (if the Rent is higher than provided above). <br />In this latter case, collection of the higher rent shall be prorated over the number of months that <br />the resident has paid the lower Rent. <br /> <br />(Subparagraphs 3-5, no change) <br />(Paragraph 0, no change.)" <br /> <br />2 <br />
