<br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-Cl65 <br /> <br />A RESOLUnON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A <br />NEGAnVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF PONDEROSA HOMES FOR PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-50 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 19, 2006, the City Council received a proposed <br />Negative Declaration for the application of Ponderosa Homes for PUD development plan to <br />subdivide an approximately 19.83-acre site into 27 lots and to construct 25 new, one- and <br />two-story single-family detached homes ranging in size from 3,908 square feet to 4,595 square <br />feet, at the properties located at 3157 Trenery Drive and 2313 Martin Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study, dated June 7, 2006 <br />and received the recommendations of staff and the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 3, 2006, at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any <br />significant adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential <br />for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />the following: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Ponderosa Homes <br />for PUD development plan to subdivide an approximately 19.83-acre site into 27 lots and <br />to construct 25 new, one- and two-story single-family detached homes ranging in size <br />from 3,908 square feet to 4,595 square feet, at the properties located at 3157 Trenery <br />Drive and 2313 Martin Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed <br />pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton this 31d day of October 2006. <br />
