<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1941 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 1.10 CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE SECTION 1.10.040 (B) <br />OF THE PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING DESIGNATED <br />POSITIONS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: There shall be no changes to Section 1.10.040 (A) of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Section 2: Section 1.10.040 (B) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />B.
