<br />96.AII projects, unless otherwise determined by the City Engineer or Chief Building <br />Official, shall enter into a recorded Stormwater Treatment Measures Inspection and <br />Maintenance Agreement for ongoing maintenance and reporting of required <br />stormwater measures. These measures may include, but are not limited to: <br /> <br />a. A mechanism shall be created, such as a property owners' association or a <br />maintenance association, to be responsible for maintaining the bio-retention <br />swales adjoining Street "A" and any other stormwater treatment measures <br />and the public right-of-way landscaping between the sidewalk and street <br />curb facing Cameron Avenue. The association shall be composed of Lots 4 <br />through 27. These maintenance responsibilities shall include implementing <br />the maintenance plan, which is attached to the Stormwater Treatment <br />Measures Inspection and Maintenance Agreement. This document shall be <br />reviewed by the City Attorney's Office and recorded with the final map. <br /> <br />b. Storm drain inlets installed in Street "A" and in Cameron Avenue shall be <br />clearly marked and maintained with the words "No Dumping - Drains to <br />Bay." <br /> <br />c. Ensure wastewater from vehicle and equipment washing operations is not <br />discharged to the storm drain system. <br /> <br />d. The CC&R's covering Lots 2 and 4 through 27 shall include the statement, <br />"No person shall dispose of, nor permit the disposal, directly or indirectly, of <br />vehicle fluids, hazardous materials or rinsewater from cleaning tools, <br />equipment or parts into the private, on-site storm drains. <br /> <br />e. The CC&R's covering Lots 4 through 27 shall include the statement, "All <br />private on-site storm drains shall be cleaned by the property owner at least <br />twice a year with one cleaning immediately prior to the rainy season." <br /> <br />f. The vegetated bio-retention swales adjoining Street "A" shall be mowed and <br />clippings removed on a regular basis by a Property Owners Association or a <br />Maintenance Association. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />20 <br />
