DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ANNEXATION NO. 35, PLEASANTON-SUNOL ANNEX "D" All that certaih real property siivated in the Township of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the southeasterly line of the Southern Pacific Company right-of-way, 100 feet in width, with the southerly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 374, adopted October 28, 1963, a map of which was filed on January 29, 1964, in Book 43 of maps at page 37A thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, and running thence easterly along said southerly boundary line of last said territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton to an intersection thereof with the easterly boundary line of last said territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton; thence -northerly along said easterly boundary line of last said territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 374 to an intersection thereof with the general southerly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 359, adopted March 4, 1963, a map of which was filed on May 10, 1963, in Book 43 of maps at page 6A thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence southeasterly and southwesterly along said general southerly boundary line of last said territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton to to an intersection thereof with the northerly line of that certain parcel of land designated as Lot 1 of the map of "Pleasanton Tract" dated April, 1918, a copy of which was filed January 21, '1919, in Book 16 of maps at page 72 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence westerly along said northerly line of Lot 1 and along the direct production westerly thereof to an intersection thereof with the westerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 819, commonly known as Pleasanton- March 16, 1964 EXHIBIT A
