CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-198 WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR~AN KARSIGN PROGRAM, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-92-140 in November 1987, the city Council approved the rezoning and development plan for the Klean Kar automobile carwash facility located at 4005 Pimlico Drive; and a condition of approval was added requiring that a comprehensive sign program be submitted for review and approval by the Planning Commission and City Council; and at its meeting of September 23, 1992, the Planning Commission reviewed the sign program and recommended approval; and projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) therefore no environmental document accompanied the report; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 20, 1992, and testimony taken concerning the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the project is consistent with the PUD as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Able Signs for design approval for the sign program for Klean Kar, located at 4005 Pimlico Drive, as filed under Case Z-92-140, subject to the following conditions: 1. The proposed development shall conform substantially to the site plan and sign elevations, and related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received August 14, 1992"), on file with the Planning Department, except as modified below. 2. The developer shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for the project prior to the commencement of construction.
