CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-198 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR DESIGN <br /> APPROVAL FOR~AN KARSIGN PROGRAM, AS FILED <br /> UNDER CASE Z-92-140 <br /> <br /> in November 1987, the city Council approved the rezoning <br /> and development plan for the Klean Kar automobile carwash <br /> facility located at 4005 Pimlico Drive; and <br /> <br /> a condition of approval was added requiring that a <br /> comprehensive sign program be submitted for review and <br /> approval by the Planning Commission and City Council; and <br /> at its meeting of September 23, 1992, the Planning <br /> Commission reviewed the sign program and recommended <br /> approval; and <br /> <br /> projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br /> requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA) therefore no environmental document accompanied <br /> the report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 20, 1992, and <br /> testimony taken concerning the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the project is consistent <br /> with the PUD as well as the City's General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Able Signs for design <br /> approval for the sign program for Klean Kar, located at <br /> 4005 Pimlico Drive, as filed under Case Z-92-140, subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. The proposed development shall conform <br /> substantially to the site plan and sign elevations, <br /> and related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received <br /> August 14, 1992"), on file with the Planning <br /> Department, except as modified below. <br /> <br /> 2. The developer shall obtain all building and other <br /> applicable City permits for the project prior to <br /> the commencement of construction. <br /> <br /> <br />
