<br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-064 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-079 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) <br />TO ESTABLISH A TWO-WAY STOP AT BLACKBIRD WAYI SKYLARK WAY AND <br />WOODTHRUSH ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A <br />Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 3, 2006, the City Council received and discussed <br />a report (SR 06:222) from the Director of Public Works related to a request to install a two-way <br />stop at the intersection of Blackbird Way/Skylark Way and Woodthrush Road. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />the following: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City <br />Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsection 3B-14 and 3S-15to Section 3to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />"3B-14 Blackbird Way/Skylark Way, at Woodthrush Road, stopping traffic on <br />Blackbird Way and Skylark Way." <br /> <br />"3S-15, Skylark Way/Blackbird Way, at Woodthrush Road, stopping traffic on <br />Skylark Way and Blackbird Way." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton this 31d day of October 2006. <br /> <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 31d day of October <br />2006, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brozosky, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />None <br />None ~ \ <br />None L-f~~\'( <br />Karen Diaz, City ~ <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />'1vlCUtaL( ~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
