CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-197 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CEQA FINDING OF DE <br />MINIMIS IMPACT FORT HE APPLICATION OF SECURITY <br />TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDERTRUST #1860-0, <br />FOR THE STONERIDGE REGIONAL SHOPPING CENTER <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of September 15, 1992, the City Council <br />approved a Negative Declaration for the application of <br />the Security Trust Company, as Trustee under Trust <br />#1860-0, for a Development Agreement which: (1) would <br />allow presently permitted uses for the 15-year term of <br />the Agreement; (2) would allow new development totalling <br />an additional 356,000 sq. ft. of leasable floor area in <br />additional department stores, specialty stores, and/or <br />additional mall stores; (3) would restrict height of new <br />improvements to that of the existing center structures; <br />(4) would establish minimum parking ratios and allow up <br />to three-level parking structures; and (5) would <br />establish and cap the owners' obligations for further <br />traffic mitigation improvements; and <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 20, 1992, the City Council <br />reviewed the potential impacts of the project with regard <br />to fish and wildlife; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed project will <br />have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Council finds that the proposed project will have a <br />de minimis impact on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br /> This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 20, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />Councilmember Tarver <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
