· 3 Points <br /> <br /> Persons who live or work in the City of Pleasanton at the time of application and have lived <br /> in the City of Pleasanton less than the prior two years. <br /> <br />· 2 Points <br /> <br /> Immediate relatives (defined as sons, daughters, brothers, sisters and parents) of a person(s) <br /> who resides in the City of Pleasanton at the time of application provided the person(s) has <br /> lived in the City of Pleasanton for at least the prior two years. <br /> <br />· 1 Point <br /> <br /> All others. <br /> <br />One bonus point will be given to, 1) households with a single parent, and 2) handicapped head(s) <br />of household. <br /> <br />· Regulatory Agreements <br /> <br />As part of the close of escrow, the buyer(s) will be required to sign certain agreements with <br />the City including a Resale Restriction Agreement and Option to Designate Eligible <br />Purchaser, a City of Pleasanton Homeowner's Assistance Program (PHAP), Deed of Trust, <br />and a Promissory Note secured by a Second Deed of Trust. The content and type of <br />agreements are subject to change to accommodate individual projects. <br /> <br />· Changes and Modifications <br /> <br />The Second Mortgage Home Loan Program is subject to change and/or interpretation by the <br />City Council and/or the City Manager.
