CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-195 RESOLUTION APPOINTING DENNIS WINSLOW AS A REGULAR MEMBER, AND APPOINTING GARY S. DOVE AS AN ALTERNATE MEMBER, OF THE PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION WHEREAS, Steven .Krahnke was appointed as a Regular Member of the Park and Recreation Commission for a term of four years, which term expires February 15, 1993; and WHEREAS, due to his relocation, Mr. Krahnke has resigned as a Member of the Park and Recreation Commission; and WHEREAS, Dennis Winslow was appointed as an Alternate Member of the Park and Recreation Commission for a term of four years, which term expires February 15, 1995; and WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals who are interested in serving on the Park and Recreation Commission and evaluated their qualifications; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Dennis Winslow is appointed as a Regular Member of the Park and Recreation Commission, to fill the unexpired term of Steven Krahnke, which term expires February 15, 1993. Section 2: Gary S. Dove is appointed as an Alternate Member of the Park and Recreation Commission, to fill the unexpired term of Dennis Winslow, which term expires February 15, 1995. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 6, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: Councilmembers - Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer None Councilmember Butler None APPROVED AS TO FO Michael H.
