CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-193 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING CITY COUNCIL APPEAL <br />(AP-92-15) THEREBY UPHOLDING APPROVAL OF THE <br />APPLICATION OF RICHARD KARN OF A MINOR <br />MODIFICATION TO THE TWELVE OAKS PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-79-02-8M <br /> <br />the Zoning Administrator approved the application of <br />Richard Karn on behalf of the Twelve Oaks Homeowners <br />Association for a minor modification to allow the <br />formation of exclusive easements within the Twelve Oaks <br />subdivision's open space area for the construction of <br />miscellaneous accessory structures and other improvements <br />by individual lot owners; and <br /> <br />zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Low Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code, the City Council appealed the decision in order to <br />review the proposed modification; and <br /> <br />a public hearing was held before the city Council on <br />October 6, 1992, at which time all pertinent testimony <br />and documents were reviewed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Denies Case AP-92-15, thereby upholding the approval of <br /> the Zoning Administrator of Case PUD-79-02-SM, an <br /> application for a minor modification to allow the <br /> formation of exclusive easements within the Twelve Oaks <br /> subdivision's open space area for the construction of <br /> miscellaneous accessory structures and other improvements <br /> by individual lot owners. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
