CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-190 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS) TO ADD A STOP SIGN AT CHAPMAN WAYAND INGLEWOOD DRIVE WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for city Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 6, 1992, the City Council received and discussed a report (SR92:389 ) from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related to a request to install a stop sign at the intersection of Chapman Way and Inglewood Drive; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add subsection 3c-21 to Section 3 (Stop Intersections); NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsection 3c-21 to read as follows: 3c-21 Chapman Way, at Inglewood Drive; stopping traffic on Chapman Way. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
