CITY COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-188 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A COMPENSATION PLAN <br /> FIXING SALARIES AND BENEFITS FOR MANAGEMENT <br /> AND CONFIDENTIAL PERSONNEL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> PT~ASANTON, NOT INCLUDING THE CITY MANAGER AND <br /> CITY ATTORNEY, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 91-182 <br /> AND AMENDING THE BUDGET ACCORDINGLY <br /> <br /> the City Council has authorized the establishment and <br /> designation of certain employees as management and <br /> confidential employees; and <br /> <br /> the City Manager has recommended salary ranges and <br /> supplementary benefits for the period September 1, 1992 <br /> through August 31, 1993 for management and confidential <br /> employees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously, by Resolution No. <br /> 91-182, adopted a compensation plan for management and <br /> confidential employees, which resolution should now be <br /> repealed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Amends the management and confidential employees <br /> compensation plan as follow-s: <br /> <br /> 1. Adopts the revised management and confidential <br /> employees compensation plan document attached as <br /> Attachment 1. <br /> <br /> 2. Includes within the Compensation Plan the revised <br /> management base salary plan, attached hereto and <br /> marked Exhibit B. <br /> <br /> 3. Includes with the Compensation Plan the revised <br /> salary range of confidential employees, attached <br /> hereto and marked Exhibit C. <br /> <br />Section 2: The 1992-93 Budget of the city of Pleasanton is amended <br /> accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 3: Resolution No. 91-182 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> <br />
