pr.A NNSNG COMMSSSION CSTY OF PLEASANTON Ar.AMEDA COUNTY, CALS FORN SA RESOLUTION NO_ PC-90-47 RESOLUTSON RE COMMEND SNG APPROVAL OF A NEGATSVE DECr~AR ATSON FOR CASE PUD-90-6, THE APPLS CATS ON OF THE DSVS SSON STREET PARTNERS FOR PUD ZONSNG AND DEVELOPMENT PT•AN APPROVAL WHEREAS, Division Street Partners has applied for planned unit development rezoning and development plan approval for nine 1,800 sg_ ft_ single-family homes located at 1045 Division Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 23, 1990, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for PUD-90-6; and WHEREAS, the P1ai-a i'aii'ag Commission 2zas received aild reviewed t11a initial Study dated May 18 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff ; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held May 23 1990 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal ; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and 1oca1 guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Smpact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment _ NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNSNG COMMS SSSON OF THE CSTY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS Section 1 c Recommends the approval of the Negative Declaration for the application of Division Street Partners for planned unit development rezoning and development plan approval for nine 1,800 sq_ Pt_ single-family homes located at 1045 Division Street_ Section 2 o This resolution she 11 become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption _
