PLANNING COMMISSION CSTY OF PLEASANTON <br />Ar.AMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO_ PC-90-40 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-90-3 , THE <br />APPLS CATSON OF THE CSTY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton Yeas applied to prezone an <br />approximately 2 _ 15 acre site (GUda itis 1 _ 58 acres, <br />Thompson _ 57 acres) located on the south side of <br />Sycamore Road, approximately 200 feet west of the <br />intersection with Suno1 Boulevard, to the PUC (Planned <br />Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District <br />or to any other zoning District consistent with the <br />General Piano and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 25, 1990, the Planning - <br />Commission approved a proposed negative declaration for <br />RZ-90-3 after considering all public testimony, relevant <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City staff ~ and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the ••A•• (Agricultural) <br />District consistent with the goals and policies of the <br />General Plan _ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISS SON OF THE CSTY OF PLEA SANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1 _ Recommends approval of Case RZ-90-3 , to prezone an <br />approximately 2 _ 15 acre site (GUda itis 1 _ 58 acres, <br />Thompson _ 57 acres) located on the south side of <br />Sycamore Road, approximately 200 feet west of the <br />intersection with Suno1 Boulevard, to the ••A•• <br />(Agricultural) District_ <br />Section 2 _ This resolution she 11 become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption _ <br />
