pr.a rTN=NG COMM=SSION CSTY OF PLEASANTON <br />Ar.aMEDA COUNTY , CAL=FORN SA <br />RESOLUTSON NO_ PC-90-39 <br />RESOLUTSON RECOMMEND=NG APPROVAL OF A NEGATS VE <br />DECLARATSON FOR CASE RZ-90-3 , THE APPLS CATSON OF THE <br />C2TY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, The City of Pleasanton has Piled an application to <br />prezone an approximately 2 _ 15 acre site (GUda itis 1 _ 58 <br />acres, Thompson 0_57 acres) located on the south side oP <br />Sycamore Road, approximately 200 Peet west of the <br />intersection with Suno1 Boulevard, to the PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District <br />or to any other zoning District consistent with the <br />General Plan _ ; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 25, 1990, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />RZ-90-3 ; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated April 1, 1990 and received the <br />recommendations oP the staPP; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held April 25, 1990 at <br />which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts oP the proposal ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation oP Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Smpact Reports ; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any signiP icant adverse ePPects on the <br />environment _ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANN=NG COMMS SS SON OF THE CSTY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1 .
