PC-90-34 <br />RESOLUTS ON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECr.auaTION FOR CASE PUD-90-4 THE APPLICATION OF SIM <br />GENTILE/ALL AMERICAN OIL COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Jim Gentile has filed an application to construct a <br />truck storage yard and underground tanK Facility For the <br />A11-American Oil Company at 3100 Valley Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 11, 1990, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />PUD-90-4 ; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated February 19, 1990, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held April 11, 1990 at <br />which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission Finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse eFFects on the <br />environment _ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CSTY OF PLEA SANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1 o Recommends approval o£ the Negative Declaration for <br />the application o£ Jim Gentile to construct a trucK <br />storage yard and underground tank Facility For the A11- <br />American Oil Company at 3100 Va 11ey Avenue_ <br />
