CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-186 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVINGTHE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> REPORT PREPARED AND FIRED UNDER CASE <br /> PUD-91-13, CHANG SU-O LIN (KOTTINGERHI~.?~) <br /> the city Council of the city of Pleasanton provided <br /> proper public notice of completion of the Draft <br /> Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed <br /> project; and <br /> a public hearing was held on August I2, 1992 for- <br /> testimony on the Draft EIR; and <br /> <br /> the city of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to <br /> comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report from <br /> public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons <br /> having special expertise with respect to any <br /> environmental impact involved, and other persons or <br /> organizations having an interest in the proposed project; <br /> and <br /> the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared <br /> and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, <br /> comments and recommendations received on the Draft <br /> Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the <br /> city of Pleasanton to significant environmental points <br /> raised in the review and c~nsultation process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 15, <br /> 1992, upon the Final Environmental Impact Report and.upon <br /> the completeness and adequacy of the entire EIR in <br /> disclosing relevant environmental issues involved in the <br /> event the proposed project is to be approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section__l: Council finds, after having reviewed and considered the <br /> material in the Environmental Impact Report, that the <br /> Environmental Impact Report prepared is complete, <br /> sufficient and acceptable for the project proposed. <br />Section 2: Council finds that the Environmental Impact Report for <br /> the proposed project has been completed in compliance <br /> with the California Environmental Quality Act, and State <br /> and city Guidelines. <br /> <br /> <br />
