CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-186 WHEREAS, RESOLUTION APPROVINGTHE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED AND FIRED UNDER CASE PUD-91-13, CHANG SU-O LIN (KOTTINGERHI~.?~) the city Council of the city of Pleasanton provided proper public notice of completion of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed project; and a public hearing was held on August I2, 1992 for- testimony on the Draft EIR; and the city of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report from public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons having special expertise with respect to any environmental impact involved, and other persons or organizations having an interest in the proposed project; and the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, comments and recommendations received on the Draft Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the city of Pleasanton to significant environmental points raised in the review and c~nsultation process; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 15, 1992, upon the Final Environmental Impact Report and.upon the completeness and adequacy of the entire EIR in disclosing relevant environmental issues involved in the event the proposed project is to be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section__l: Council finds, after having reviewed and considered the material in the Environmental Impact Report, that the Environmental Impact Report prepared is complete, sufficient and acceptable for the project proposed. Section 2: Council finds that the Environmental Impact Report for the proposed project has been completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, and State and city Guidelines.
