pr.aNN=NG COMM=SSION CSTY OF PLEASANTON <br />Ar.aivrEDA COUNTY , CAL=FORNSA <br />RESOLUT=ON NO_ PC-90-32 <br />RE SOLUTSON APPROV SNG A NEGAT=VE DECLARATS ON FOR <br />CASE PUD-90-5, THE APPLS CATSON OF SAMES FAZZARS FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br />WHEREAS, Sames Fazzari has applied for development plan approval <br />to create an approximately 1 _ 3 acre site to accommodate <br />an existing single-family residence and related <br />improvements and an approximately 3 _ 7 acre site for <br />future phase development for an approx imateiy 3 _ 7 acre <br />site for future phase development for an approximately <br />five acre site located at 3710 Trenery Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 11, 1990, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />PUD-90-5; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />2nit ial Study dated March 18, 1990, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held April 11, 1990 at <br />which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the P1anr~ing Commission Peas reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, trie Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not nave any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment _ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNSNG COMMISSION OF TH£ CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br />the application of Sames Faz zari for development plan <br />approval to create an approximately 1_ 3 acre site to <br />accommodate an exiting single-family residence and <br />related improvements and an approximately 3 _ 7 acre site <br />- For future phases development for an approximately five <br />acre site located at 3710 Trenery Dr ive_ <br />
