CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-182 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF JOSEPH E. MADDEN AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-92-06 <br /> <br />at its meeting of September 15, 1992, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for the <br />application of Joseph E. Madden for rezoning and <br />development plan approval to construct a commercial <br />service development consisting of a four-building plan <br />totalling 47,500 sq. ft. or a five-building plan <br />totalling 52,500 sq. ft. located on Stanley Boulevard <br />between Valley Avenue and California Avenue; and <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated June 25, 1992 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />ASFOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Joseph E. Madden for rezoning and development plan <br /> approval to construct a commercial service development <br /> consisting of a four-building plan totalling 47,500 sq. <br /> ft. or a five-building plan totalling 52,500 sq. ft. <br /> located on Stanley Boulevard between Valley Avenue and <br /> California Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
