CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-182 WHEREAS, RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF JOSEPH E. MADDEN AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-92-06 at its meeting of September 15, 1992, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Joseph E. Madden for rezoning and development plan approval to construct a commercial service development consisting of a four-building plan totalling 47,500 sq. ft. or a five-building plan totalling 52,500 sq. ft. located on Stanley Boulevard between Valley Avenue and California Avenue; and the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 25, 1992 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES ASFOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Joseph E. Madden for rezoning and development plan approval to construct a commercial service development consisting of a four-building plan totalling 47,500 sq. ft. or a five-building plan totalling 52,500 sq. ft. located on Stanley Boulevard between Valley Avenue and California Avenue. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
