CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-171 WHEREAS, WHEREAS, RESOLUTION VACATING A PUBLIC STORM DRAIN EASEMENT AT 4470 MIRADOR DRIVE at its meeting of September 1, 1992, the city Council reviewed the a staff report (SR 92:351) from the Director of Public Works and Utilities recommending the vacation of a public storm drain easement along the northerly portion of Lot 11, Block 2,. Tract 2093; and that portion of the public storm drain easement is not required and has not been used since its dedication; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section !: Pursuant to Chapter 4 of the Streets and Highways Code and based upon the findings above establishing that approximately 760 square feet (10' x 76') of the public storm drain easement along the northerly portion of Lot 11, Block 2, Tract 2093 (4470 Mirador Drive) is not required for public storm drain purposes pursuant to Section 8333 of the Streets and Highways Code, the public storm drain easement described in Exhibit "A" is hereby vacated. Section 2: The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution of vacation to be recorded in the office of the Alameda County Recorder. Section 3: Section 4: That from and after the date the resolution is recorded, the public storm drain easement vacated no longer constitutes a public storm drain easement. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
