Resolution No. 92-169 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Section 12. "Vote Required" is revised to read: <br /> <br />A majority of the authorized vote of the CMA board <br />members shall be required to adopt or amend the <br />Congestion Management Program, for the adoption of <br />a resolution of conformance or non-conformance with <br />the adopted Congestion Management Program, to <br />approve or reject a deficiency plan, to adopt or <br />amend the Countywide Transportation Plan, to <br />approve federal or state funding programs, to adopt <br />the annual budget, or to levy fees or charges. A <br />majority vote of those present and voting shall be <br />required for any other action. <br /> <br /> This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 1, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Butler, Mohr, scribner, Tarver, and <br /> <br />Michael H.
