CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-160 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING GENE FINCH AS AN <br />ALTERNATE~4BEROFTHEPLANNING COMMISSION TO <br />FIT.?.THEUNEXPIREDTERMOF ROBERT WRIGHT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Robert Wright was appointed as an alternate member of the <br />Planning Commission for a term of four years which term <br />would expire on May 5, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />due to the resignation of Ron Horan as a regular member <br />of the Planning Commission, Mr. Wright was appointed as <br />a regular member to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Horan; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals <br />who are interested in serving on the Planning Commission <br />as an alternate member and evaluated their <br />qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Gene Finch is hereby appointed to the position of <br /> Alternate Member of the Planning Commission to fill the <br /> unexpired term of Robert Wright, which term expires on <br /> May 5, 1994, or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 4, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />Councilmembers - Butler and Scribner <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS : <br /> <br />Michael H.
