CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-153 A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR DEBT SERVICE ON VOTER APPROVED GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS DURING FISCAL YEAR 1992-93 WHEREAS, wHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton, a general law city, must establish its 1992-93 fiscal year tax rate for debt service on voter approved General Obligation Bonds and notify the County Auditor of said tax rate before September 1, 1992; and the tax rate for Debt Service on Bond issues approved by the voters is specifically exempt form the tax rate limitations imposed by California Constitution Article XIII A (Proposition 13). NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The tax rate for debt service on voter approved General Obligation Bonds for the City of Pleasanton for fiscal year 1992-93 is fixed as follows: Debt Service District No. 1 .0013% of full value Debt Service District No. 2 .0013% of full value Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. Section 3: This resolution shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald", a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Pleasanton.
