CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-147 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THECONVEYANCEOF PROPERTIES ALONG STONERIDGE DRIVE AND JOHNSON DRIVE WHEREAS, the City, with funding from the North Pleasanton Improvement District, has completed the construction of the 1-680/Stoneridge Drive Interchange; and WHEREAS, the public improvements for the interchange and the related public improvements required reconfiguration of Stoneridge Drive and Johnson Drive; and WHEREAS, the reconfiguration of these streets involved parcels owned by Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (Zone 7) and Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD); and WHEREAS, upon review of the fragmented ownership of property and easements in this area, the agencies considered property trades which would eliminate fragmented parcels, accommodate future needs, reduce ownership conflicts, and provide contiguous parcels; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Authorizes the conveyances of certain properties, descriptions of which are attached hereto, to Dublin San Ramon Services District and to Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute all documents necessary to convey said properties. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
