CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-131 RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE CONNECTOR ROAD, DUBLIN BOULEVARD AND HACIENDA DRIVE EXTENSION - NPID3-9201 WHEREAS, at the meeting of May 19, 1992, the City Council approved Plans and Specifications and authorized the calling of bids for the Connector Road, Dublin Boulevard Extension and Hacienda Drive Extension. WHEREAS, on June 16, 1992, sealed bids were opened; and WHEREAS, at a special meeting on June 23, 1992, the City Council of the city of Pleasanton reviewed the ten bids received ranging from a low bid of $1,736,030.60 to a high of $2,490,147.83; and WHEREAS, Les McDonald Construction Company of Hayward, is the lowest responsible bidder for the project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Awards the contract for the Connector Road, Dublin Boulevard and Hacienda Drive Extension - NPID3-9201 to Les McDonald Construction Company of Hayward, the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount $1,736,030.60. Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the contract with the low bidder for this project. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 23, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, Mayor Mercer None APPROVED AS · Michael H.
